1. Who we are (data controller)
BespokeSoft ("BespokeSoft", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for any personal data processed in connection with this website, including data you share with us if you contact us on LinkedIn.

2. What data we collect
This site does not have a contact or application form, so we do not collect any personal data (name, email, company details, or any other identifying information) through the site itself.
If you choose to contact us, you do so by visiting our LinkedIn profile and messaging us there. Any data you share in that conversation is submitted directly to LinkedIn and handled under LinkedIn's own privacy policy and terms — not ours. We only see and process what you choose to send us in that conversation, to respond to you.
We also automatically process limited technical data via cookieless analytics (see Section 6), when enabled, to understand site usage in aggregate; this does not identify you individually.
3. Why we collect it (purpose)
Because the site collects no personal data of its own, there is no site-level processing purpose to disclose beyond the aggregate, non-identifying analytics described in Section 6. If you message us on LinkedIn, we use whatever you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, evaluate your company as a potential delivery partner.
4. Our legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where we process any data you send us via a LinkedIn message, we do so under legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, our legitimate interest in responding to unsolicited business-to-business enquiries you have voluntarily sent us. We do not use that data for any purpose beyond responding to and progressing that conversation unless you separately agree to further contact.
5. How long we keep your data
We do not retain any data collected through this site, because the site collects none. Messages you send us on LinkedIn are retained only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to that conversation and, if a partnership proceeds, for the duration of the partnership plus applicable legal/contractual record-keeping periods. You may request deletion of any such data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Analytics
This site uses cookieless analytics (e.g. Plausible or Cloudflare Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. This does not use tracking cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not require a cookie consent banner under applicable guidance for cookieless, non-tracking analytics tools.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to our processing based on legitimate interest
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Any data shared with us via a LinkedIn conversation may be shared internally within BespokeSoft's team and, once a partnership is active, logged in a shared CRM accessible to you and BespokeSoft as described in the partnership process (see "How It Works" on the main site). We do not share your data with third-party advertisers. LinkedIn itself processes and stores the conversation under its own, separate privacy policy.
9. International transfers
Our hosting infrastructure is managed by/for BespokeSoft, and your personal data is processed where that infrastructure is located. Where that location (or any other processor we use — for example, for analytics or email) is outside the EU/EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard, such as SCCs, is in place as required by GDPR.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
